Become tomorrow’s leader.
As a neighbourhood police officer, you can make the world a safer place. But first, you’ll need to equip yourself with five key skills: problem solving, resilience, decision-making, leadership and personal responsibility.
Our National Graduate Leadership Programme is designed to help you develop these skills, and transform you into a leader of tomorrow.
Placed in communities challenged by crime, it will be your job to tackle the most complex issues facing the most vulnerable in society.
You’ll build a relationship with your community, working collaboratively with local agencies and the public to find long-term solutions so that everyone can thrive.
Do you think you’ve got what it takes?
Enter the 360° experience to learn about each skill, the type of scenario in which you’ll need it on the frontline, and the impact you could have as a Police Now participant.
We’ll be uploading five challenges over the next five weeks - each relating to a different key skill. Complete them all for your chance to WIN a MacBook Air.
Each week, all entrants will be in with a chance of winning:
- a pair of AirPods Pro
- OR a £50 Nando’s/ASOS voucher
There will be ONE winner of the Airpods Pro, and TWO winners of the vouchers for each weekly challenge. (Our team will be in touch if you’re a winner.)
The grand prize winner will win a Macbook Air. To win, you’ll need to enter ALL five weekly challenges.
Those who enter every week will also be awarded a Police Now Certificate for their CV/LinkedIn profile.
